Monitoring the IP Communications system in EPS

The existing telephone system in Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS) was replaced with a new, IP based system.

Business situation:

  • Dispatchers monitor and keep track of electricity production and distribution.

Objectives:

  • NMS provides quality of service (availability and security) for whole EPS.
  • The system allows the transfer of valid and precise information.
