Document Management System for Montenegro Official Gazette

Accessing the documents through the internet portal

Business situation:

  • Through the Law on Regulations and Other Acts Publication it was determined that the Official Gazette shall be published in electronic and printed form.

Solution:

  • Modern IBM FileNet document management system is used to enable publishing information online on Montenegro Official Gazette's website.
  • Automated system converts the final version of the Montenegro Official Gazette into a searchable PDF form, and publishes it online using a web application.
